These are the general terms and conditions which shall apply to all purchase and sales agreements entered into by Luuks and its customers through the Luuks webshop. By purchasing on our webshop you agree to our terms and conditions.

You can place an order with Luuks by clicking on the desired items on the webshop, which will place them in your shopping cart. You may then inspect your shopping cart and make any changes necessary. Once you find your shopping cart corresponding with your wishes, you may click on the "add to shopping cart" button, which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items. For completion of the form, including details of payment, you may click "confirm", after which you will be transfered to a secure environment to finalize the financial transaction. This will complete your order and automatically an order form will be sent to you. You can consider the order form as a confirmation of your purchase.

The prices listed on the website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The total price listed on the orderform does include shipping costs. Any and all customs or import duties and/or local taxes shall be for the account of the customer. They are not included in the price. Prices are subject to change any time. Changes in prices do not affect the sum payable in a concluded and purchase agreement as confirmed by Luuks e-mail. Although all information regarding prices and specifications is placed on the webshop with the utmost care, Luuks does not guarantee its accuracy. Luuks shall not be bound to deliver any orders that were placed on the basis of incorrect information that was displayed on the website.

Payment can be made by credit cards or alternative methodes as are indicated on the electric order form. By making use of a credit card you confirm that the credit card being used is yours. The amount payable will be debited from your account when your order is accepted by Luuks. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Luuks we shall postpone delivery and contact you. Credit card details will be processed by means of an SSL (secured socket layer) connection. Luuks shall not be liable for any misuse of this data by third parties.

The costs of delivery within the Netherlands is €6,20, in Europe €13,50 and in the rest of the world €25,-. Orders will be sent by TNT Post within 3 working days.

All goods bought at Luuks webshop can be returned after cancellation within seven working days upon delivery. Cancellation must take place by sending an e-mail to support@luuks.nl with your reason for return together with the details of your bankaccount. Returned goods which show signs of use or which are damaged can not be exchanged.

On all agreements the laws of the Netherlands shall apply. Any dispute relating to a purchase and sale agreement shall be brought before the District Court of Amsterdam.
