Exchanges or returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LUUKS. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item(s), please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help you further.
Returning
Would you like to return an item? Please contact us at support@luuks.nl within 7 days of receiving your order . We welcome returns within 14 days in the original packaging, unused. Please add a copy of the invoice to the return package.
Returns are at your own expense and risk. We strongly advise you to use a shipping method with track & trace.
Returning from outside the EU
Do you live outside the European Union? Please state clearly on the customs form that the package is a returned commercial sample with no commercial value and include a copy of the original invoice. If this is not stated correctly, any import duties or customs charges will be at your expense.
Exchanging
Want to exchange an item for a different size? Please let us know within 7 days at support@luuks.nl. If the item is in stock we will gladly reserve it for you. The exchanged item will be shipped as soon as we receive and approve the return.
