Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- For orders over €150, we ship free within the Netherlands and the following E.U. countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria and Spain.
- For orders below this amount, we charge €6.95 shipping costs.
- For other European countries, shipping costs €15.
- For the rest of the world, shipping costs are € 30,-.
Your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL. Via a track and trace code that we send you, you can follow the status of your package.
Delivery of your order
Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders placed Monday through thursday will be shipped the next day. Order placed during the weekend are processed on Monday. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification to collect your parcel at a nearby POSTNL pick-up point. Parcels can be collected up to 3 weeks after the last delivery attempt. Unclaimed parcels will be automatically returned to us.
Rest of the world
For Australia, United States, Japan en South Korea we will use DHL Express or UPS.
For all other countries
Your order will be delivered by PostNL’s local partners
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will proces your refund within 7 days. The amount for items returned in their original condition will be refunded via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).
