ONLINE ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Ordering from our webshop and having your order delivered outside the European Union? Dutch VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout once you enter your shipping country. You pay the price excluding Dutch VAT directly, so there is no need to claim a VAT refund afterwards.TAX-FREE SHOPPING IN OUR STORE
You can use tax-free shopping if:
- You live outside the European Union;
- You personally take the purchased goods out of the EU;
- You take the goods with you within the statutory period;
- You have a valid passport or residence document from outside the EU.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Make your purchase at our store in Amsterdam.
- We register your purchase in the official NL Customs app of Dutch Customs.
- When leaving the European Union, have your purchase digitally validated by Dutch Customs.
- After successful validation, we process your VAT refund.
WHY TAX-FREE SHOPPING AT LUUKS?
Many stores use external tax-free providers, which means that only part of the VAT is refunded.
LUUKS processes the VAT refund directly after successful validation by Dutch Customs. This means you receive a full 21% VAT refund on your purchase.
