Purchases
You can place an order with LUUKS by clicking on the desired items on the webshop, which will place them in your shopping bag. You may then inspect your shopping bag and make any changes necessary. Once you find your shopping bag corresponding with your wishes, you may click on the "add to shopping bag" button, which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items. For completion of the form, including details of payment, you may click "confirm", after which you will be transfered to ingenico to finalize the financial transaction. This will complete your order and automatically an order form will be sent to you. You can consider the order form as a confirmation of your purchase.
Prices
The prices listed on the website include 21% VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The total price listed on the order form does include shipping costs. Any and all customs or import duties and/or local taxes shall be for the account of the customer. They are not included in the price. For customers outside the E.U. prices will change without 21% VAT as soon as you fill in your shipping address which has to be outside the E.U. Prices are subject to change any time.
Returns
LUUKS wants you to be completely happy with your item(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items, please email us within 8 days of receiving your order at support@luuks.nl. Please add a copy of your invoice in the return box. You have to return the item(s) within 14 days after delivery in the original package and with the original labels attached. For returns of faulty items please follow the same process.
If you wish to exchange , please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked.
Returning items occurs at the customers expense and risk. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
For residents outside the E.U.: make sure you mark on the customs form that you have to fill in "return commercial sample" without value and add the invoice you received from us. Otherwise LUUKS will be charged with customs of which you will be held responsible.
Refunds
LUUKS will refund you within 10 days after receiving your return. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers creditcard or wired to their bankaccount. As previously stated international custom duties and sales tax are nonrefundable for shipments outside the E.U. Banks, credit card companies and Paypal handle payments on their own conditions. This is the reason why it can take longer before the money will actually be refunded to your account. If you paid shipping costs you will receive the purchase but not the original shipping costs you paid for. Please note that if you cancel or refuse your order after shipment from our side we will charge you for shippingcosts.

Shipping and world wide delivery
LUUKS ships every order within the Netherlands and all E.U. countries free of charge:
Your order will be shipped with the standard service of postnl who uses a local courier in your country. Please note that you will have to sign for your delivery. You can trace your package by using the track and trace code which will be provided by email after sending your package.
In the Netherlands
When you have placed your order on monday to friday your order will be delivered the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on monday and delivered on tuesday.
Rest of the World
Shipping costs: €30
For AUSTRALIA, UNITED STATES, JAPAN and SOUTH KOREA: We use DHL EXPRESS: delivery time 2-4 days

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays.

All packages shipped are insured against theft / loss and damage from the moment they are given to the courier until delivery to the recipient. If on receipt the packaging is damaged, we recommend that you refuse the goods or that you report on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package. Once delivered to the address provided and once they are collected, the goods are no longer insured.
Non EU-residents
If your shipping address is outside the European Union you will not have to pay VAT (21%). The VAT will be deducted of the price as soon as you fill in your shipping address at the check out. Note that you will be responsible for customs or import duties and/or local taxes in your country. LUUKS can not be held responsible for this and these costs will not be refunded by us in case you will return the product.
